One of the benefits of limiting screen time is to strike a balance between screen use and real life to preserve our well-being. Spending a lot of time in front of these screens is likely to harm our mental and physical health, often making us feel isolated and detached from our surroundings.

2. Schedule Tech-Free Activities. You can create a list of daily activities that do not involve screens, such as reading a book, going for a walk, or dancing. Setting aside tech-free time allows you to focus on activities that nourish your mind and body.
3. Prioritize Face-to-Face Interactions. It would help to prioritize other interactions over digital communication whenever possible consciously. Instead of sending text messages or emails, consider meeting up with friends or family members for a coffee or meal to catch up and connect on a deeper level.
4. Set Screen Time Limits. You can utilize built-in screen time management features on your mobile or other devices or install third-party apps to set daily screen time limits. This can help you become more mindful of how much time you spend staring at screens and encourage you to engage in other activities that do not involve screens.
