1. Simple Exercise
Regular exercise can help control weight in the body, improve blood circulation, and strengthen bones and muscles. In case you are wondering if a neck exercise can tighten saggy skin? A turkey neck exercise might not necessarily tighten the neck skin, but it can help reduce the appearance if done consistently.
Loose “Turkey” Neck Exercises
You can try these simple exercises at home or work without any excuse. You can do it anywhere at any time; no equipment is needed. These are simple routines that you can incorporate into your everyday life whether or not you have loose neck skin. Do the exercise that suits you.
- Tilt head backward
Sit upright and tilt your head backward so your chin points upward to the ceiling. Keep your head tilted, and turn your head to the left and right. Hold each position and count to five, relax, and repeat.
- Pout
Sit upright with your face up and look at the ceiling. Pout your lips continuously for 10 minutes.
- Neck Lift
Lie on your bed with your head hanging over the edge. Slowly lift your head as high as you can. Repeat not more than five times.
- Tongue Circles
Sit upright with your mouth closed. Circle your tongue inside your mouth to the right or left and count to 10.
2. Massage with Jade facial Roller or Gua Sha
A simple massage on the face and Neck has many benefits. Using a face roller can improve blood circulation, reduce puffiness, and help tighten the skin. To use a face roller, apply serum, oil, or moisturizer. Do not use without lubricants. Start from the Neck, roll upwards, and count to 10 for best results. Roll from the jaw to the ear (left and right), and roll upwards from the eyebrow to the edges.
3. Extend your skincare to your Neck
Not everyone remembers to pamper the Neck, which is often neglected. The Neck requires TLC, as does the rest of the body, and a simple skincare routine is needed to improve its appearance.
The Neck can be less oily than the face, which can quickly dry and wrinkle the neck skin. So, when applying moisturizer or serum to your face, do not forget to extend it to your Neck. Gently apply with upward strokes.
